Press the 'Connect' button at the bottom of FTP window.
The window on the left is your computer, the window on the right is on the web.
Locate the file you want to upload on the left, and drag the file to the window on the right.
If you want someone to have access to your file online, simply give them the following link:
www.welchsurveys.ca/docs/thenameofyourfile+the file extension (example: project_outline.doc) Remember - best that you have no blank spaces in the file name! use underscore_ for blank sections.
